Name: „Rąbka” educational trail

Type: nature

For: families, primary school or gymnasium students under the supervision of adults – parents, teachers (educational offer, price list)

Distance: around 7 km; begins at the historical exposition „Launcher” i.e. in the node of electric tracks at the Rąbka-moving dunes route.

Trail markings: 8 stopovers marked with square boards around 2,5 m over the ground level and „arrows” indicating direction (right-hand traffic).

Time: 3-4 h

V. Strandsporre

VI. Common sundew

VII. Black crowberry

Route: The „Rąbka” educational trail goes through forest and non-forest areas in the Protection District Rąbka. Boards describing the trail are located nearby the Museum of Nature Branch in Rąbka and the first stopover is nearby the jetty by the historical exposition “Launcher”. Then the trail goes west along the red tourist track, then north, and next east along the seashore to descent on the black tourist track to the node by the historical exposition “Launcher”.

Trail infrastructure: information boards, benches, breezeways.

Educational objects: geomorphologic exposition titled “Dunes” in the Museum of Nature Branch in Rąbka, educational garden “Nature puzzles – sand and wind”, and the historical exposition “Launcher”.
